Every year, APTUM presents new lighting designs at OBJECT Rotterdam. Especially for the 2022 edition, we recreated one of our oldest Light Forest compositions. OBJECT takes place every year in an iconic building in or around Rotterdam.
To our delight, we had a fairytale-like large white brick wall at our disposal. Almost every colour fits on that wall, but we don’t often make such a sweet treat as this one. We used the pink-lilac colour NCS 2020-R10B, combined with brass lampshades.
We made this composition in 2010 for Dutch Design Week in green on a blue back wall and it subsequently became one of the most shared photos of Light Forest.
OBJECT is a unique pop-up platform for design labels as well as limited editions and one-offs from established and upcoming designers. OBJECT is thé place where the cutting edge between design, crafts, fashion, architecture and art becomes evident and it is a must see for people interested in interior, designlovers, art professionals and collectors.
